Kimberly is a Certified Postpartum Doula (with CAPPA & DONA), a Certified Postpartum Doula Trainer (CAPPA), and a Certified Postnatal Educator (ICEA). She received her Lactation Specialist and Educator training from Evergreen Hospital. She has been working with postpartum families for over 8 years, and has a passion for newborns and their families. Kimberly founded ABC Doula Service in 2001, and has seen the company grow to serving over 500 families.

Kimberly is a member of LLLI, OWLA, BSN, and NACEF and has been quoted in several publications on topics covering the postpartum period. In addition to her postpartum work, Kimberly also teaches breastfeeding, newborn care, new mom support groups, and twin/triplet classes within the Providence Health System, and offers Doula Trainings through CAPPA and Birthingway College of Midwifery. Her joy is in helping new parents and new doulas, so this is truly her dream profession!
