How do we help our fussy baby?

Doulas exist because families need us. Sometimes they plan ahead and book up our time well in advance. Sometimes they don't realize the transition and call after baby arrives. And sometimes they are so buried in the chaos they don't even know to call.

If you find yourself there, or know someone who feels overwhelmed, there are so many people who can help, and as doulas it is our job to professionally support families who are overwhelmed.

Doulas have special skills for soothing babies. Doulas understand infant behavior, sleep patterns, and can help figuring out feeding those mysterious little newborns. Doulas can fill the gaps in your home when it feels like nothing is getting done.

And they do it all while telling you about all the things you are doing right. There are only a limited number of doulas, so don't wait until they are all booked up.
